CentrivaLab 50/34
Configuration for 50 mL tube workflows and fixed-angle rotor classes around 34°, intended for NF, RO and OSN membrane screening.
CentrivaLab cartridges are rotor-matched configurations for fixed-angle centrifuge screening of NF, RO and OSN membranes.
Configuration for 50 mL tube workflows and fixed-angle rotor classes around 34°, intended for NF, RO and OSN membrane screening.
Configuration for larger working volumes and fixed-angle rotor classes around 25°. The 94 mL designation refers to the centrifuge tube (rotor bucket) capacity, not the feed volume.
The two CentrivaLab families cover complementary regions of the NF/RO/OSN screening envelope and target different centrifuge ecosystems already common in membrane laboratories.

Choose CentrivaLab 94/25 if your screening operates up to ~40 bar (covering NF and most RO conditions) and you want to use the benchtop high-speed centrifuge already common in membrane laboratories. The 94/25 also reaches ~60 bar in high-pressure mode with a 4-tube rotor.
Choose CentrivaLab 50/34 if your campaign requires sustained operation at 50–60 bar with high parallelism (8 cartridges per run), and a floor superspeed instrument (Avanti J, Sorvall RC or Lynx) is available.
The cartridge houses a flat membrane disc (20 mm outer diameter, 1.45 cm² effective filtration area). After centrifugation, retentate and permeate are collected separately for analysis. The numbered cap system ensures sample tracking across parallel experiments.
Cartridge bodies are available in different engineering materials depending on the chemical compatibility required by the application.
Standard option for aqueous NF and RO applications. Suitable for most laboratory membrane screening workflows.
Recommended for organic solvent nanofiltration (OSN) applications requiring resistance to a broad range of organic solvents.
Alternative high-performance polymer for solvent-oriented workflows where PEEK/PAEK compatibility needs to be confirmed case by case.
